The pattern across independent sources is money taken upfront for pre-orders that ship months late or not at all.

Trustpilot’s own summary of 233 reviews notes “a significant number of people experienced considerable delays in receiving orders, often extending months beyond initial estimates,” plus tracking numbers showing shipment when nothing was dispatched.

A BBB Scam Tracker report documents $2,735.84 paid in October 2025 with no delivery or refund by February 2026 (BBB Scam Tracker).

The affiliated entity ECOMHUB LLC — BBB lists “Your Greenhouses Inc” as an alternate name — carries an F rating for failing to respond to complaints.

Reddit’s r/Greenhouses has recurring threads with the same arc: paid, no shipment, cancellation, partial refund, chargeback (“Avoid Yourgreenhouses.com, Yourgreenhouse.com scammed us”).

To be fair, the company does respond to most negative reviews, many refunds do eventually land, and Gustavs publicly acknowledged the Nordwood delivery failures on video and is building a Jacksonville warehouse to fix the logistics.

But if you’re considering a purchase, pay by credit card only (never wire or bank details), keep every promised date in writing, and file the chargeback the moment the 14-day-past-window clause in their own pre-order terms is triggered
